LOL thanks for that BUT I've applied to all of the sites and have heard nothing back. Including the official Ann Summers rep page, hence asking for a rep rather than google results x

2 weeks isn't that long to hear back from any company.

I called them, was told to email, emailed them, got told to call back the same number... Speak to Sammie, no speak to Sonia.. 4th phone call - no speak to Neil..eventually Neil did help me! Turns out they're meant to get back to you in 48 hours but their local manager to me has gone a little awol. All sorted now, thanks for your words
