Ccj claim form

I've received a CCJ claim form for an old debt I'd forgotten about.
Before completing the claim form to send to the court I spoke to the credit directly and agreed to pay £300.00 (on the day which I did) and then the remainder by direct debit 1 month later...
They've agreed and said I can ignore the claim form.. Is this advisable?

You'd be better off asking that question on the DebtFreeWannabe part of the forum.
