UKCPM PCN for overstay in a visitor's bay

Hello
I live in a new build block of flats which has recently had UKCPM control the parking on the estate.
I received a PCN on my windshield as they allege I had parked in a visitors bay for longer than the allowed time which is 24 hours.
The ticket was issued on 15th February at 0255, the contravention they claim is that my car was first seen in the visitors bay on 14th February at 0247.
I checked their website with their reference number to have a look at the pictures they took. 5 pics were taken all of which are date stamped for the 15th February, theres not a single picture of the car with a date stamp of 14th February.
So my question is should I appeal to UKCPM before I have received a NTK claiming theres no photographic proof my car was in the visitors bay on 14th February or should I wait until the NTK arrives and then follow the steps in the Newbies guide?
Any help will be gratefully appreciated. Also if more details are required I'll be happy to supply them.
Thanks

Dont worry about UKCPM.
Follow the Newbies sticky.
Wouldn't bother waiting for the 'NTK' with UKCPM (especially if you lease your car). Just send off that appeal template to their Appeals Lancing address on the back. They will respond with their standardised letter about how its a forum template etc etc yawn yawn blah blah. I can link you to some examples if needed.
You then appeal though POPLA with the code you get back from UKCPM - UKCPM may well issue you with a code thats out of date so watch that. The 7th digit needs to be a 5. Not a 4. If you do get a 4 you either change it to a 5 and submit as normal or you write back to UKCPM asking for a valid POPLA code. If you submit with a 4 POPLA will write back to you saying the appeal was submitted after the 28 day period and your appeal will not be registered. I did that, got the rejection from POPLA and simply changed the digit, resubmitted my appeal and now have an appeal date.
Then submit an appeal to POPLA(you can use the ones in my own threads if needed just copy and paste) - UKCPM wont bother fighting or submitting any evidence and you will win, UKCPM will then cancel the ticket.
No need to worry. Its dead simple.Mike172 vs. UKCPM

Thanks so much for your reply.
It is not a lease car and I will follow your advice and appeal now if UKCPM don't bother with the POPLA appeal.0 -
An update and some reassurance needed.
I'm at the POPLA stage and have looked at several POPLA templates however none seem to fit the 'overstay in a visitors bay' contravention.
So basically what I'm asking is can I still use a basic template taking out sections that don't apply to my particular issue i.e. my own space etc.
Any help or advice greatly appreciated0 -
If you search my previous posts you will find an appeal I used twice and won both times against CPM once was for exactly that although the circumstances don't really matter at POPLA stage, it's the legality of the ticket.0

and when you have finished your POPLA appeal please please ..... let the Government know how they are trying to scam you ....
