12 month Fixed Term Contract - who can provide Mortgage

hi All,
wonder if anyone can help me here.
Me & misus are trying for our 1st house, offer has been accepted etc, however my misus is working as different agency worker for nearly 3 years without a gap.
now she has been offered a fixed term contract directly form RBS(new employer) for a year. as this will be her 1st contracted job, mortgage advisor(london & country) was not sure if they can secure a mortgage for us.
we are going for 90% LTV and cant get mortgage on my own income.
anyone have any idea/suggestions.

they are not sure... but he told me.. he will do some additional checks and find out if there is any lander.
are you aware of any lander takes such cases - that I could recommend to either L&C and contact lander/advisor myself.

Find a better broker, would be my advice!

thanks for all the help received on here.. i hv tried different broker now..and pleased ot annouce within a week of submitting applicaiton.. the mortgage has been agreed..waiting for the contract exchange for now...01/05/14 : -22545.93

I love this concept.
The client researches possible lenders to tell L & C who to send the application to.I am a Mortgage Broker
