Query with change of ownership of debt

Options
Afternoon All.

Just a quick question;

I wish to raise a query in relation to an account I have with Provident.

It has since been passed to DCA, Cabot Financial who have advised that they are the legal owners.
Do I query it straight with them and they have to do the chasing or do I query it direct with Provident?

Many thanks.

    Hi Mrs_Hutchins

    I would suggest that you raise the query with Cabot. If they have bought the debt, with that comes responsibility for investigating any reasonable queries/disputes. They should have already relieved Provident of any relevant paperwork but if not, they should be able to retrieve it from them now if required.
