If you haven't had a satisfactory response after 8 weeks you can go to the ombudsman (or sooner if you have an unsatisfactory final response before then).
These things don't get resolved quickly, that's not how it works. If you needed this to be resolved you should have checked your credit reports earlier.

Simple really -the fraudster owed the OP money and had the loan company pay the money into the OPs own account to make it look like the fraudster had repaid the OP.
Unfortunately for the OP it doesn't look kosher when the money they are owed appears to have gone into the person they believe is responsible for the loan's bank account.
However fortunately that is for the loans company to prove not for the OP to disprove.Unless specifically stated all posts by me are my own considered opinion.
