Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Hung up my suit!
So what, exactly, are you perturbed about?

Are you asking (expecting) them to do?
Pay you pension early due to ill health so expecting no reduction, or

Pay your pension early because you have debts and want them to use discretion to not reduce the pension for early payment, or

Pay your pension early and expect a reduction both in monthly amount and lump sum?
There is, potentially, a huge gap between what they must do and what they may have discretion to do.

When did you leave LGPS? Did it pre-date the ill health?
