Holiday to Budapest! (question?)

Hi everyone,

First off I hope everybody is being lucky at the minute!

Recently I found out I won the holiday to Budapest with Smooth West Radio & Jet2holidays yay!

I just wondered if anybody has won a holiday where they've had to email jet2holidays with their details? I did this 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back from them it's just an automated response each time. If you've contacted them before how long roughly does it take for them to reply? The competition ended on 10th Jan and only found out on 10th Feb so I'm assuming it'll take a while but I'm panicking now!

Personally, I would keep emailing them untill I got a response!

I would be trying to contact the Radio as well. They might have direct email address for somebody at Jet2.

Thank you both, I'll email them again now, they didn't leave a telephone number on the letter I received just an email address will give it a go

Holiday companies usually have a turn-a-round of 28 days to email communications.
Depending on what email you use your message may be mixed up with all the EU261/2004 claims


I always find it quicker to find out who is the CEO and email them direct (well at least their Secretary

Congrats BexEv454! When I won a holiday they said that I had to accept my prize by sending my details .... But they never replied to my email either so after a week I did as misa.blu suggested, which is just as well as they'd given me the wrong email. Hope you get it sorted soon, enjoy!

Congrats, i was also fortunate to win a holiday with jet2holidays tp portaventura. I have the prize winners number its 01133872067 try giving them a call they have been really help full with me.

Thank you everybody for your help! Luckily I emailed them yesterday and apparently my emails had been going into their spam folder ! (oh god!) It's all sorted now and we are in good communication x
