Just a thought re the raggy: any chance of splitting it further, into 4, so that you then have 2 'spares'? We bought dd an extra toy cat for just such an emergency ajd although we only had to use it once, it was worth it!

That thought had occured to me, too. Raggy must be very special to LL & irreplaceable. One of my nieces had "shawl", which my sister converted into "shawl#1" & "shawl#2" - not just to insure against loss but also so that she could wash it/them occasionally.

This raggy reminds me of my sisters 'Blanket" which was a cot blanket that was used when my older sister and myself were small and passed down the line, now because she is the smallest it stayed with my sister, getting smaller and smaller and smaller till it was the size of a postage stamp, she used to go to bed with it and rub it on her cheek as she slept with her finger down her throat - sadly dare I admit it took her till the age of 16 to stop doing that ritual, I think the rag has finally been cased in the museum of childhood memories but can't been thrown away....

    strange rituals children have....

I remember the heartstopping moment, not long after Him had left.. and we lost buhbear somewhere in town. Jelly wouldn't let him out of her sight for a second, day or night. Somehow she managed to lose him. I remember the heart attack wondering what the heck would I do at bedtime if we had no buhbear - running frantically, eavesdropping conversations as weirdly some people were stood talking about putting a picture on Facebook and getting it shared on local groups in the hopes that the person who had 'lost it' would see it. That wasn't about him though. Eventually in the third shop I went into, there he was, sat on the end of the till. I was so close to tears.

    How was mega Monday? xx

wow what a hard breaking moment - I have regularly passed teddies, Dummies and Blankets on walls on my way to work, hoping that they are eventually reunited with their owners

About time from the Gnat's Vest, (acknowledgement to Brogden for this excellent name). How true Messy Betty, Levi you will have helped someone else by your persistence.
Excellent progress on the debt busting. Your signature is looking very perky, and more to come tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing that.

Hi guys, I'm frazzled as heck again today
:( Won't even bore you with all the details but work has been the biggest drama for the past 2 days.. so much for taking it easy or having half days.. bah. But all OK now and I've 'broken up' til next Tue, woopah!

The email from Natwest was good - in response to an email I cc'd the CEO in (the old trusty trick!) on that day recently they really caused me a meltdown when they tried to phone. They apologised for my branch ignoring my letter where I outlined my issues etc and ensured me it won't repeat and yadda yadda, but all very kind and understanding indeed. I've not heard back from the Specialist Support team yet since submitting my medical evidence etc regarding asking the interest suspension or such, but maybe soon. No big deal - am just a lot happier with the assurances my overdraft won't be snatched.
Met up with a couple of good friends today during lunch which was very nice. One came in from annual leave especially to meet up - and I LOVE his company-so it helped me get through the day having some down time with them. A good old gossip and as they are past work people we can chew the fat on that, including a good old !!!!! about SR, lol.
My half day went out the window but FGN took LL overtime BLESS HER and I was able to be out by about 3 in the end.
Lots to do tomorrow to sort out for our trip but LL is a bit hemmed in so I will try and do something fun with him too tomorrow, then we head of on Thursday. xx
