Selling a 20ft Christmas Tree?

Hope this is the best board to ask on. We have an extremely large Christmas tree growing outside a house we bought last summer. It needs to come out (blocking lots of light) & we wondered if we could either donate it to a local town or sell it. Wondering if I could eBay it?! Any helpful suggestions?

I doubt it would survive if you tried to remove it, and it will be a devil of a job to get it out with roots intact, may have to just get it removed by a tree surgeon, if you can leave it in situ until next December then maybe the local shops or a community project may be grateful for it They could share the cost of removal maybe?

The plan is to keep it in situ until next Christmas, just wondered if there was any chance of making some money from it. It's actually too big for our nearest town who we'd hoped to donate it to!
