Remortgaging with a payed off IVA

Good Evening.
I'm looking for advice and guidance on trying to take an advantage of the good low interest rates.
At the moment, I am 7 years into my mortgage and my Variable APR is 4.74% which to be fair I could save a lot of money as a large chunk of my money, however as my IVA was registered in 2012 even though its been completed, 2 main stream companies have turned me down without even looking at assets or income due to it.
Are there any companies that give competitive rates for people with outstanding marks on their history?
Regards

Until it falls off your credit file, six years from the date of registration, you are looking at adverse credit lenders.I am a mortgage broker. Thanks for that. To be fair then my best best is to pump my excess income into a Cash ISA and make lump sum payments off my mortgage I am on then?0
