Remortgage with Adverse record

Hi,
We are due to remortgage in a few months time and our current mortgage is with Precise, placed with them through a broker as there is a history of adverse (2 settled CCJ's, both under £300, dated 2010 & 2011). Have no other adverse and credit file since these has been very good.
So, my question is: I assume the likelihood of being accepted for re-mortgaging is high but will it be limited to Precise? Are there any other lenders that would look at this?
Loan: £230000
House Value: £330000
Thanks for any comments in advance.

You can't remortgage to Precise if you are already a Precise borrower. You are asking them if they have any customer retention products from which you can choose.
If you truly want to remortgage, that's a new mortgage from a new lender to replace the old one, it would be worth speaking to a broker. Sub 70% with historic adverse like that should be possible at high street rates.I am a mortgage broker.
