Swapping Energy Provider and upcoming remortgage

I would like to swap our energy provider again. We only did it a few months ago, but theres already a much cheaper option and I am not liking npower AT ALL!
With us putting in a remortgage to a new lender (probably TSB) in the next few weeks, will swapping again cause any issues?
Theres never been any payment issues and all bills are always settled by direct debit. Strangely our last energy company (EDF) didn't show up on our credit reports, but npower are there. Just wanted to check TSB or any other lender will be ok with us swapping and having another possible credit search?
