    No, but it confused everyone when you said you were adding to your late grans estate.

    What other properties are there?

    Are any of them conventional BTL type letting properties?

    It sounds as though you should concentrate attention on raising a mortgage on one of them - what you spend the cash on (ie the garages) is just confusing the issue.
    Trying to keep it simple...;)
