hi all, a newbie so be gentle!.. my DRO has finally come to an end, its been a long year, but well worth it, no more debt worries, anyhow my question is i have been working just 2 days a week most of the past year to keep me under the £50 limit and its been a struggle, when i first took out my DRO i was unemployed having been made redundant, but i hated signing on so got a P/T job to keep my income the same as my JSA was.. Can i now straight away seek full time work? i read somewhere about waiting another 3 months, i just want to get back to full time work and have a bit of extra money at the end of the month.. any help thanks

As far as I know once the 12 months DRO is completed you are free to earn whatever you like.
The DRO remains showing on the online insolvency register for another 3 months, but that has no effect on anything you can do.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Hi nuanger
Just to elaborate on Fermi's response, as well as being free to earn any amount once the DRO is over, it also doesn't matter if you win/inherit/acquire anything of value after the moratorium period, even one day later.
Glad to hear you are now able to look forward to a debt-free future.
