Hi just wanting some advice or suggestions.
Menopausal? Last year missed several periods then they kicked in again but not had one since September. Back started getting quite hot occasionally and started having to get up several times to use the bathroom.
Post op? Had ankle surgery in January n still in plaster, off Monday. Since surgery flushes increased. Face beads with sweat. Sleep pattern is now horrendous. Tired so go to bed around 10, sometimes can,t drop off other times do. Wake most nights around 11.30/12.30 as if time to get up! Normally manage to drop off again, sometimes have to read for hour or more. Neva seem to get more than hour and a half bouts of sleep. Starting to feel drained!!! Is this normal after surgery or is it menopause?
I have been taking menoforce and I'm now trying femarelle.
Desperately need to get more sleep, as back to work as soon as plaster is off. Self employed so will hopefully be able to break myself in gently but purse n clients both needing attention.
Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated
