    No. Sorry, it isn't permitted.

I don't know anyone in Northampton, TBH.

    Thanks kingstreet.

How about my second question? Should I wait until June/July? To be here for 3 years? I be here for 3 years in June-July and also my current rental agreement will finish in September. So that might be actually right time to move. I will also have few thousand more on savings.

Is there any initial payments for first meeting with adviser? How much it should be? How much should I pay? Is there some extra fees if I be not able to get any mortgage at all?

    Thank you!

There are lenders open to you now.

There will be more when you've been in the UK three years.

Is that of benefit? Yes, but only if the lenders joining the list will lend to someone on a zero hours contract. Otherwise you could proceed now, if that suits you better.

A broker will give you a terms of business which will explain what you pay and when. I don't think anyone will charge you for talking to them!

Use unbiased.co.uk. Speak to a few near you. Establish if you want to work with them from your discussions.

I am not on zero hours contract. I am contracted for 42h each week for non limited period of time. My lady is on zero hours.

    Thanks!

Is she not going to be on the mortgage? Are you applying in just your name?
