Couldn't see one so wondered if any of you lovely lot have June as a date? We're June 20th (which is also our 7 year anniversary) and I just wondered how you're all getting on! It still seems very surreal to me at the moment

There was one somewhere recently but it didn't get much traffic and has dropped way down somewhere. We're the week after you, just getting married a couple of weeks before our 10th anniversary!

Not really. Being given a fianc!e card on sat was cool (and the only time he can do it!). Am enjoying getting stuff sorted out (writing invitations this week eeekkk!)

I think my wedding stresses are just starting to kick in. We've had loads of stuff booked with deposits for months but I'm not at that "what if we forget to do something" stage. It all seems to be happening at once at the moment as everyone wants final decisions on things like playlists, cake flavours etc! Mum coming over as I have my dress fitting this weekend and as much as I love my Mum part of me is dreading it as she also knows how to wind me up something chronic!:rotfl:

I'm making the cake for a friend to ice so that's sorted. ABout to go and sort menus with venue but the list of food allergies that I already know of for guests is a bit bonkers.

Trying to get OH to finalise which of his friends we are inviting as the invitations ARE being written this week is a bit like blood from stone.

Rings still need sorting and then DJ or whatever but other than that, it's mostly just final payments, delivering things to venue, cake to friend to ice etc.

Glad someone else has the same problem as me! My OH claimed to have sorted out who he wanted to invite, ordered invitations, then said he'd massively underestimated and we didn't have enough then!!!

We're menu tasting this weekend, veil arrived today, speaking to a videographer this weekend too.

Very lucky that arty sister has created the invitations for us with RSVP cards etc to match.

No veil to do, friend doing photography for us.

And just getting round to sorting menu- he'll probably trust me to get on with it
