Hi,

Has anyone ever used the ICF system to build?

We are thinking of using system and would like some info from someone who has practical experience of system!!

I'm an architect based in Belfast. I have used ICF on a 3000 sq ft new build house in Greenisland and am currently using it on an extension in Dublin. ICF is a great product to use - i am sure you are aware of its benefits in terms of speed, stability, insualtion and air tightness, but it brings so many other benefits as well, not least of which is not having to track walls for electrical conduits. The only downside is that there are a limited number of approved installers, however we have found the prices to be pretty competive.
