first time buyers help!!!!!!!!

Ok wanted to ask a few questions and hope you can help me?

I have a full time job and a family and at the mo we are renting with is not the best, the landlord is now selling up and we are moving back in with the mother in law.

i have a credit rating of about 750s some where on credit expert.
i have a few phones with i have never missed a payment but now the down side i was not all ways on good money started of on 900 a month now i have a good job worked my way up and on about 35k take home.

So i am trying to pay of the bad debt i have with is a loan which is 2k card 3k and store card with is 1k so buying them off.

i found out 6 months ago i had 2 ccj because of moving houses lot because of renting i didnt know 1 was £450 and 1 was 1k i have just paid them both of in full this month.

we are moving in with the mother in law to save up if i get all my debt clear where do i stand about getting a sharded ownership or a mortgage????

    so buying them off.

    Partial settlements (and the CCJ) won't help your application.

    Consult a broker that specialises in adverse credit. Then you'll have a better idea of what would be potentially available to you. Along with the size of deposit you'll need to save.

    One was dec 2014 and the other one 2011
    I am not sure how much at the more if i can get a shared owner ship that will be better for me. There is one in my down 50% for 120k.

    And i will save as much as i can really thats why i am asking on here i dont really know much

    A 3 month old default, no chance anytime soon unless you had maybe a 25-30% deposit.

    I dont think you will get any shared ownership mortgages for atleast a year or 2 but cant comment with any conviction.
