BT from Credit Card to Current Account when Remortgaging

Hi

Have searched the threads for this particular topic. I am in the remortgage process (raising additional capital too), and I have a good deal from one of my credit cards that will allow me to transfer some £ to my Current Account interest free by X date.

I know using credit cards during mortgage process is always a no-no, I just wanted to know if this is somehow any worse, or will it just be considered as normal CC usage?

Many thanks
Soph

What's the purpose of the equity withdrawl?

Your existing unsecured debts may well have an impact on a lenders decision.

The additional capital is to purchase the remainder of the shares (shared ownership).

I have no other existing unsecured debt.
