buying a house and worried ruined chances

We've been in our house for almost 4 years and decided nows the time to sell and get somewhere bigger. We should have about 42,000 equity in house as owe £86000 ish and valued at £130-135000. House we've seen is £150000 and would put either all equity down on house or minus £10000. Problem is that stupidly this month I mossed a credit card payment by 2 days and they've said they're putting it on credit history
my first one ever and I'm gutted
and now worried that this will impact us getting a new mortgage. Does anyone have experience in this as hate the thought that we're now not going to be able to move. Thank you so much.
