well it would be another NSD but......
Young adult children are descending on me for their holiday, and they are doing it to save themselves money  , much as I love them it is going to blow August's budget. But I do want home to be their haven. Fortunately they know I'm trying to economise, so aren't expecting steak & strawberries, today DD needs some personal hygene products, OH "needs" cold remedies (man-flu) DS (who still lives at home) has earned a cinema trip plus his fares so all in all about £15

Hi Pap - I'm still working at home, sorting out conditions and agreements for my new work venture - so, hopefully, another No Spend Day. :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Hi all,
It's going to be a nsd for me.
I am going to keep it low over the weekend, as the thought of spending lots of money on stuff that I don't really need will make me feel guilty for the rest of the week!
Lets keep it all low and I will not break into my £20 note! :A

Not going out tonight now, but still very much as NSD. Am going to try on frocks at lunch but not buy anything (unless, of course, M&S accept buttons and lint as payment - is all thats in my purse) x0 -
:hello: everyone, just spend £4.20 on ebay parcels at the post office, but technically they paid for that.. so a NSD..?

Have spent £1.49 on new tweezers as I can't find mine and my eyebrows are soooo out of control that I have decided to give up looking and buy some more
Am also going to spend about £80 having highlights and hair cut, but this is out of birthday money and have been to the bank to pay in the rest so I don't spend it!
