1. The Claimants Claim is struck out
2. The Credit agreement between the Defendant and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Bank Limited is declared irredeemably unenforceable.
3. The Claimant shall pay the Defendants legal costs and expenses on the INDEMNITY BASIS

one slight change, building case archive then may put to the FCA and ask them to intervene in one of the cases. This would be much better than a vexatious litigant order and would carry real clout.0

Why is it these people are so incompetent ?
It beggars belief, it really does.
