DW tabs worked again. Paid £5 each.
Sa informed me that these had been brought in for the cleaning event but hadn't sold well and they have boxes and boxes of them out the back.
Well,if they stay at a fiver after Tuesday, I shall relieve them of another batch......I do love having a good stock of dw tabs and washing liquid. :p

Thank you for this - where abouts are you Leothecat - if you don't mind telling me x

A lot of changes in M. I might mention some items later that they have now put onto everyday high price, which they call "everyday low price", but which are still cheaper elsewhere (hence why, in my view, their price is high;)).

We were right out of potatoes tonight after my refusal to buy the Unwashed Potatoes 12.5Kg at £4:eek: at the weekend. However, Mr M is playing ball!:D The headlines are M Unwashed Potatoes 12.5Kg £2:j (buy in M), Cornetto Mint 4 pack 50p (Tvs M?) - the others are £1 - and Love Hearts multipack (4 pack) 60p:D:T (however, plenty of time on the Love Hearts as that offer is supposed to be until 15th March).

There would be way too much to mention, so it will all appear on the M list once I update that later tonight. Quite a bit of stuff is off, including UB Express Rices. The dishwasher cleaners are still on, as is the Fairy liquid, but there have been other changes in cleaning and laundry items.

There is an offer on the 1Kg Stew Pack with Parsnip - now on 99p price, which is cheaper than what it was - it can be got "free" if you buy a Large Beef Braising Steak (appears to be around 475-540g) at £8.99/kg:eek::eek:, however, unless that compares extremely well elsewhere, I think best just get the Stew Pack at 99p and forget about the steak. I maybe ought to mention that some Stir Frys are at 74p - however that is still way worse than Savers Stir Fry bag, so it doesn't even make it. Drifter 8s and Yorkie 7s are at 77p and are at cheaper per 100g than the Breakaways at 84p. Aero 7s at 77p are more expensive than the Breakaways, on weight, so unless that's part of a glitch comp., avoid!

There are doubtless some possible Easter Eggs glitches on 3 for £10 vs Sains., however the resulting prices on them appear to go up each year:eek::eek:. Maybe just best to go for the Medium Easter Eggs at straight £1, even without a glitch. There are a lot in the same range at M at £1, so maybe a possible 10% off when it's updated.

The own brand 4 and 6 pint milks have gone down in price in M, still not as cheap as Mr A. Only thing we can hope for is that they start to lose us less on wombles I feel:(. In a sense though, it's the worst of both worlds from M - not only are they not price-matched to A (on the shelf pricing) but they are not even the much more expensive that they were before that might have got to £15 and got the whole lot to A's price back. Just buy milk on a sep.shop in A:rotfl:. Unless you really have something offsetting it like a staff discount card in M, but even then now having to buy more than before in order to get back anything (certainly less than what was before, since your additional item, of the cost of M price reduction, will not match to A at 0p and thus give its whole cost back, unlike the extra cost on the higher priced milk would previously have done).
