I can see Mitchum 200ml on MSM. Hope your shop worked but I wouldn't be brave enough to try it when it shows on MSM.
Don't know how you have the patience to try and find triggers. I stare at pages trying to compare and forget what I'm supposed to be checking

to a 6. I did it in a very short space of time and ended up with very concerned relatives to boot.
My sizing has not changed but I am healthier looking now and feel good.
Once you've been there Hillbern, you can do it again, 7 stone…. quite a life achievement there!!!!!!! I used my fitness pal to calorie count, plenty of swimming and running. I did it alone too.

Hope RL improves and you can get yourself where you want to be x x
