I've been going swimming twice a week for a full hour each session since Christmas. I do between 50 and 60 lengths and I have to say that its the only exercise I really enjoy. The best bit is coming out and having a really hot shower. I take along those little JF freebie minis from a while ago and it's developed into a nice pamper session afterwards. I get all moisturised up and feel fit as a fiddle when I come out. Im Sleeping better too. Saves on using our hot water and messing up the shower.
