Just met friend of mine that works for tesco.

He told me all the team leader positions are being removed. He will go down wards. Its made him not well. Im taking they have to pay them same for a while xx

I don't think they will as dd2 was offered the management programme and then rescinded because too many in management.
In her store some managers are being asked to step down or go :eek::eek::eek:
