This could be a healthy treat for my 4yr old boy:)
Trying to get him away from haribo etc he was at the dentist last week and i felt embarressed when my dentist told me ten teeth where dodgy and i know that its baby teeth but i feel bad as i am the parent.
He has been doing ok this week eating breadsticks, bananas, raisins and just a little chocolate or jammy dodger but no haribo or chewits.
    Damn those fillers.

Hate to tell you raisins are one of the worst things for teeth. Because they are so sticky they remain in the surface of the tooth for a very long time, much longer than the sugar in haribo.

If you are giving sweets give them all at once rather than spaced out through the day, less impact on teeth as teeth are only subject once to the sugar, not all day long.

Easiest thing to do is to change from juice to water. Or make the juice in a jug kept in the fridge, easier to make more dilute than trying to pour a tiny amount into a cup.

Don't mean to preach.i Used to be a dental nurse and it's very upsetting to take teeth out on children, for whatever reason.

    "tenderly mixed with crisp rice"

" all tumbled gently in delicious date nectar and pressed together to fuse the flavours and lock in the goodness. There are simply no other cereal bars like them."

I drink a lot of Diet coke from cans. I know its like putting your teeth in acid, so I try not to drink more than a can a day. Dentist suggested drinking through a straw should help direct the liquid away from teeth. Presume this is a good idea for all drinks (except neat water) for all ages.

Incidentally I am in my 40's and only have 1 filling as when we were children we were only allowed 5 small sweets after a main meal at night just before we were about to do our teeth before bed.
    The end is nigh

 savvy av not had an apg for ages :( and i have friends with little ones so this will be great for them.:)

So i can tell them to get any flavour 11of 1 and 1 of another:)
a few of the hipp flavours dont compare at all or very well so best check on mys first. Also it can be hard to get 11 of one flavour, usually works best just after they've stocked the shelves/morning time (might just be my stores though)
