Try https://www.autotrader.co.uk you can refine the search with all of the above to see if there's anything local to you. Or try Gumtree as well :)

    Good afternoon all

Auto trader or Pistonheads. Mondeos seem fairly bulletproof and cheap. Maybe an old Volvo but not sure what repair bills like on them :)

Thanks both of you. Of to look at auto trader and mondeos :T

    Can I ask for help?

I am writing my CV which sounds good for work responsibilities etc

    I am struggling with hobbies/interests!!!

I am pretty limited with mobility so can't add things like sport/walking. My main focus is family 7 GC and gliching I could put reading and socialising but doubt that reads well

I recall that you were inventive when someone asked this a while ago so any idea welcome Going out shortly so any acknowledgements will be delayed

I am looking for a wee cheap week in the sun and got several answers Thanks.

I am now looking on Icelollie .com Anyone used them? Thanks again

I think thats so sad , a lot of children dont like spending time with there grandparents but your daughter obviously wants to so she should be pleased, also some grandparents dont get to see there grandkids that much, I really cant understand parents that are invited to be more involved with their childrens familys but turn down the opportunitys and your right she is missing out on all the speacil moments maybe as they get older she will want to spend more time with them..

My mum and dad doted on my two but unfortunately both died when they were small. DH's mum shows no interest at all in any of her grandchildren - she has 19 - other than money in a card for birthdays. Mind you, I don't think she showed much interest in her own children either - all 6 of them.

DH's dad lives a long way away so we only see him about once every couple of years and he only sends the kids a card (no money). Oh well, their loss. My kids are used to it and have very little feelings for them but they miss my parents especially when their friends talk about their grandparents. I'm determined I will be the sort of granny the kids want to go and see.

By the way, not sure if it has been mentioned but KFC are doing 9 pieces of chicken for £5.99 on Tuesdays to celebrate their 50th Anniversary. That's DD2's (and mine ;)) half term treat sorted

It's not all stores - we have two and only one is doing it. Doesn't include fries.
