    Evening all

    Been a miserable day here so haven't really done very much, hoping tomorrow will be a bit better so we can get out for a while. DD is in her element getting spoiled by granny and papa though, she's having a great time.

    I think anything other than real butter tastes awful in butter icing, (and I've done extensive taste testing :D) the cheapest butter I've seen is the 92p Asda own which I actually prefer in taste to the more expensive brands

    Agreed, Ts cheap butter is awful - far too watery!

    I agree and whatever you do don't use the salted version, especially Morris, so terribly salty :)
