Goodnight from me. Sorry savvy I have cotton wool between my ears can't think about money saving tonight.
Sweet dreams PD x
Nor can I:rotfl::rotfl:, so that doesn't matter (either of you or of me). I admit it - I have nothing of money-saving nature to post. Other than discussing the fact that there's nothing of money-saving nature and therefore referring to that. (Actually, I can think of money-saving - don't worry, you haven't harmed or upset me - but I'm not doing so right at this very minute.) I have no comps. to post or anything to add, so, goodbye!:D:wave:
(Sigh of relief from some people I think.)
Bye!:wave:0 -
In fact I have got something ---
At last, finally, my next £5 Morries voucher is ready for me next time. Apparently it didn't appear at all as you can only generate one £5 voucher from a temporary card - even though my first shop managed to give three out of the till the time after (and that was still on the temp. card)! Perhaps it is just manual points that go to or through a new £5 amount that can't be done on temp. cards. They've added them as More points rather than Match points that it should have been, but I won't quibble with that!:rotfl:
Still not quite playing ball with their offers just yet though. But I will snap them off them as soon as they do!:D

I have got something, now that I think of money-saving again. Not that it's much use or much money-saving, but I went into a Lidl earlier (yesterday), trying to see whether they had some potatoes, as struggling to find any decent priced ones at the moment (S and W having gone up in price on their White Potatoes) - I think perhaps Sweet Potatoes (1Kg), which is now on increased price in A - could be vs Morries at lower price (or maybe that's out of date?)?
Anyway, I saw some potential Mvs Lidl:rotfl:. Not that anyone could ever get much use out of this, but nonetheless...
M Savoy Cabbage 69p 49p
Cadbury Milk Chocolate Fingers 95p 80p (but also 80p in T and Avs T for 10% off and not as good as previous W offer on much bigger pack size etc.etc.)
M Free Range Medium Eggs (6) £1.39 79p (but A CBY Free Range Mixed Weight 6 Eggs Avs S 85p would work out cheaper, if there were actually anything else worth comparing vs Sainsbobs:mad::rotfl:)
However, it looks like the Savoy Cabbage is on a Lidl weekend offer. Not sure how M would ever pick this up? Unless they collect prices on a weekend, not sure how they would ever 'price-match' this? Maybe just buy the Savoy Cabbage in Lidl today (if you have one near, and if you really need Savoy Cabbage) as cheaper on this product than any of the shops showing on msm.
Bye!
EDIT: This is the one, that the A Sweet Potatoes 1Kg were comparing to on wombles a week or two ago:
Morrisons Sweet Potatoes (5)
[Strike]99p[/Strike] 69p 13.8p / Potato Valid until 14/02/2015
Ought to still work on APG as prices collected last Wednesday. Assuming msm is correct, it seems strange to have an offer ending on a Saturday?
Not that 10% off 69p for 1Kg is any good:rotfl:. But, may be okay if desperate and looking for cheaper potatoes elsewhere. Just hope that works! Excludes Northern Ireland.
Note that the Innocent Juices (900ml) may not work vs Morries 2 for £3. I was shortchanged on a womble earlier - they bought two different flavours and they did not pick up M mbuy price. That deducted about £1.60 off the APG amount:(. Not that 2 for £3 (or even A's price of £1.47) would be any good of course - 2 for £3 sometimes raises suspicion for me as to whether they were £1 each on offers before! So, no, I wouldn't compare against such an expensive offer even if that was available for comparison in the first place!:rotfl:
Meanwhile, I thought Activia 4 pack Variety yogurt is 99p in Lidl. Doesn't appear to be in Morries on msm - Morries has others at £1.99 individual price (and expensive mbuy price that no-one should go for) and anyway 99p isn't best price. Others were Avs Waities at 92p (expired) several weeks ago.0 -

Free parking at most Scottish hospitals :T:T
When I paid a visit to the hospital in Sunderland, HC didn't pay and ended up with a letter through the door :rotfl::rotfl: He tried to blame me but I had other things on my mind.
Got one of those illnesses that qualify you for free prescriptions:)
Another lazy day for me I thinkSomething unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

Morning everyone
Hopefully lots of valentines bargains starting from today. Liking the look of this one -"Valentines bundle" in A
http://groceries.asda.com/asda-webstore/landing/home.shtml#/product/1215459928528
Not sure if this is the same for everyone, but it shows as £10 when I am logged out, but 0p when I add to basket and log in. Product code changes from 8 at the end to 9. Shame its a Sunday, but will try one for tomorrow.
Hope all those feeling up against it can enjoy a better day today.
Happy shopping to those venturing out.0
