I hope you realise that by taking the stickers off that would be stealing, as you're altering the price that tesco have set the item to go through the till.

Is it considered bad form to scan a flump 7 times whilst adding 1 to trolley along with 6 tvs :o Just asking of course

  • Spent a lovely day eating cake with my friend today (the one with terminal cancer). She had her third round of chemo, but is doing amazingly, and fortunately it doesn't seem to be giving her too many problems.

We're hoping to go away for a couple of days for a girlie mini break at the end of march as long as it fits in with her treatment.

The items that are losing for me tonight are the Pepsis (both the 2L ones and the 8 pack on mbuy) - they would be items to buy in T, S or M, except that much better offers have been available from A at other times:D.

A couple of confirmations vs M:
    1 x Mellow Bird's Coffee (100g)£1.50£1.09
1 x ASDA Protect Ultra Winged Towels - Super (12)£0.70£0.70

I think I identified the words "Protect", "Ultra" and "Super" as being promotional there - and therefore helping to promote, or sell, the product and therefore contrary to saving money - basically just ASDA Winged Towels:p:rotfl:.

I am such a numpty:p I came into the room and boys were talking about how quickly someone had made sponge puddings they said 20 mins to make 3 different types of sponge and custard. I said thats not quick I could do it in under 10 mins they argued the point and went on so I said I will prove you I will do chocolate, syrup and jam sponges in under 10 mins, served with custard but you have to have them for pudding, They set a stop watch, remembering the microwave sponge on here I did one mix then divided it down 2 of each flavour in tea cups, cheated with ambrosia custard, 9 mins 30 seconds 6 puddings dished out, boys ended up eating 2 each, ds2 loves chocolate, oh had jam and ds3 had syrup. Then ds3 said see told you I could get mum to make us all the puddings we like :eek:
    I was totally hustled :o:o:rotfl:

Isn't technology great! Took DD1 to Sada. Bought a photo frame for £2, connected her ipod to the photo machine and seconds later have a beautiful photo of her and her boyfriend for the princely sum of 39p :T
