Just to clarify - you bought in store? Items RTC in store are usually HD or CC only

Oh actually, I think I did get them in my C&C order last time! It was the Simple stuff that I got instore. Thanks for that then I can see where I was going wrong! I will delete my first post so I don't worry anyone.

Oh no, was going to ask if your store have the rtc cleaning goodies but I guess it dont matter if the stuff comes from 40 miles away. I looked in my local (T*lb*ry) but no rtc stuff

For in-store purchases the APG always see's the (individual) prices you were charged on the original purchase (i.e. receipt before returns/exchanges).

For online CC / HD orders, the APG see's the online (individual) prices from the original order (before subs) - very very rarely we see subs on the apg but it has been reported previously.

Multi-buy information comes via msm - it's delayed though as the apg takes updates from msm at 9am(approx) and mid-day(approx).


So, unfortunately £1 17p and 75p would be expected when buying those RTC's instore.
