Most mortgage brokers will have solicitors they work with regularly.

    How bad is the solicitor?
They would need to be really bad for me to suggest changing them.
Has your mortgage offer been issued? If so you will need to make them aware of the new solcitior and get the offer re-issued.

The solicitor ideally needs to be on the lenders panel to avoid added costs and complications. So that should be your starting point.

What is the issue? Changing solicitors is not something lenders like and if it is to prevent something being reported to the lender then you may be too late.

Your other thread is filled with 'hit and hope' attempts. You need to be careful you don't end up on the naughty list

No i am not hiding anything. Its just only few days i instructed them and whenever i call them the person who deals with me never get in touch. And when i went on making an enquiry, they tried to charge me additional for that. So that didnt seems good to me, so i am thinking of changing them
