Hi all Just starting on our debt free journey again:o this time i wont fail have started with debt line who have passed this to step change have just had the most vile phone call from west midlands debt collection re sygma/creation debt has any one else had dealings with these creatures?

Not had the pleasure, but can imagine the tripe they come out with.

Only real advice i can give, is don't phone them, and don't answer there calls, only deal with them in writing.

As you probably know, the phone is a DCA`s preferred method of torture, sorry......contact, take that away from them, and they are rather toothless.
They would never repeat in writing, what they would say to you on the phone.

You should write and tell them to only contact you in writing from now on.
