Home Insurance

Due to renew our mortgage April after 5 year fix we had the insurance which was £50 extra a month.
Need advise on how to look for good home insurance that's not so much really need to cut cost. Obviously the less expensive is not always the best. I think when we took out the mortgagee we had to have the home insurance though it included travel insurance for all the family 2 adults/2kids which was with the Leeds.
