Mortgages for residential house with converted barns

We have seen a dream houses that we want to move into but they have converted the pig sty and outbuildings into holiday lets that are currently let out on a weekly basis. Most of the old farm house we are looking at have barns that have been converted or stables. We are trying to find a mortgage to allow us to move but all the mortgages we have looked at have zero tolerance on lending to anyone buying a residential property with a holiday let or any commercial building that would be rented out. Can you please advice on were I look for such a mortgage, as we can't get a commercial mortgage as there is no real business and the residential mortgages are turning us away.

I would view this as semi-commercial, and try to find a broker who does that.
I don't know any, but a google search brings some up:

If you can get a track record from the previous owners, you may also be able to take this income into accountSo many glitches, so little time...0 -
If they are let out every week there must be income.
Are all the buildings currently on one freehold, or are the holiday lets on a separate to title (if so it would be easier)?
Have you been to a mortgage broker with this issue?I am a Mortgage Broker
