Remortgaging with nationwide

My friend is with nationwide currently and her fix is coming to end in a few months. If she decides to move on to a new product with nationwide will she have to go through submitting proof of income and affordability checks. Their circumstances haven't changed but they are not great at keeping hold of payslips and p60s!

Also will they have to pay for another valuation? They refurbished the house after buying it as a repo.

Thanks.

If she isn't changing the amount borrowed or the length of time remaining on the mortgage then she can change online without any further checks.

If anything is changing or, I think, she wants a revaluation because of work done on the property (can make a difference to the LTV) then I think it's treated differently and the lender is more likely to ask for info.
