by the context of 'the same tweet' means 'RT @soandso i've RT'd this - hope i win'
you cannot tweet the exact same text again as it tells you it's already been sent.
Tweeting a multitude of tweets from the same company which is in essense the same thing (but seperate) is fine , no problem with that
it's editing and manipulation of one - that is what i class as cheating
Maybe you could have explained how you manage to get such excessive tweets in each day before having a pop0 -
