Tsb remortgage via broker

So far contractor specialist mortgage brokers i have contacted have said that - they cant do my remortgage with tsb 10 yr fixed deal.

Does any one know/using broker who can do remortgage with tsb?

Thanks in advance

TSB are only just on the market and are working via very few brokers at the moment.

We do not expect them to expand their distribution before Q2.

Have you checked what the TSB underwriting policy is towards contractors? They may not even do the case.

  • Thanks for reply.

I have checked on their intermediaries website where they do consider contractor with ltd company (salary +dividend income and 2 years trading accounts) - i have what they need (i think)

Just want to know which selected brokers they are working with right now

What you have described is not specialist contractor criteria?

That is standard self employed company director criteria offered by many lenders.

BTW I would not recommend the current brokers on the TSB panel.

Why don't you apply direct if you are happy with the mortgage?

    Why not?
I have access to tsb through a mortgage club.

Slightly off topic, but have you got any ideas when the next batch of products might be released by TSB? I am looking at their 10 year fix for a remortgage but the final draw down date is one day after my ERC applies.

Was not aware there was now club access ACG.

When I spoke to them a few weeks ago they just mentioned one large national network that we frequently get bounced and disappointed clients from.

TSB tell me no club access - Selected Networks only

Re-mortgages are only available direct - not via intermediaries currently - hence our OPs problem
