TSB are only just on the market and are working via very few brokers at the moment.
We do not expect them to expand their distribution before Q2.
Have you checked what the TSB underwriting policy is towards contractors? They may not even do the case.I am a Mortgage Broker

Thanks for reply.
I have checked on their intermediaries website where they do consider contractor with ltd company (salary +dividend income and 2 years trading accounts) - i have what they need (i think)
Just want to know which selected brokers they are working with right now0 -
What you have described is not specialist contractor criteria?
That is standard self employed company director criteria offered by many lenders.
BTW I would not recommend the current brokers on the TSB panel.I am a Mortgage Broker

Was not aware there was now club access ACG.
When I spoke to them a few weeks ago they just mentioned one large national network that we frequently get bounced and disappointed clients from.I am a Mortgage Broker
