Hello Everybody!! :j
I wonder if you could use you brilliant minds to come up with some creative accounting to deal with this little lot...
I would like to negotiate to as low an amount as possible.
I have £7,000 in my bank account and want to pay off my outstanding balances which consist of:
Credit card No.1 £ 6,111.73
Credit card No.2 £ 841.90
Credit card No.3 £ 1,453.27
Bank Loan £13,954.25
=========
TOTAL £22,361.15
=========
I would still like to hear you solutions even if they fall a few thousand out of the arena
I have a rather unique situation in that I actually emigrated to the US early last year so I no longer live here! (So the option of paying off half credit card debt and putting the balance on a 0% card is out).
Time is of the essence as by the 20th of this month this amount will be £800 short!
THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH

Hi
Full and final settlement offers are looked at on a case by case basis and are at the discretion of the creditor. It will depend on various factors such as your circumstances and their own approach to debt collection.
It could be worth making your creditors a settlement offer based on how much you can afford and seeing how they respond.
