Chances of extending remortgage final drawdown date?

I know we are planning ahead here. There are a few reasons we want to know now where our finances are going to be for the coming years. Our current mortgqge fix has an ERC that ends 1/8/15.

So, we like the TSB 10 year fix. We will be around 70%ish LTV, so will be in the 3.59% rate. I have had a good look at the lending criteria and am confident we would be accepted. The main benefit for us is being able to plan long term but have the option of moving the mortgage after 5 years if needed. And also no set up fees, and the bonus of £500 cash back.

Problem is the last drawdown on the deal is 31/7/15, so we are one day out! Typical.

What are the chances of TSB extending that date by one day? I am guessing its unlikely?

Or (I think this is even more unlikely) what are the chances of my current lender BOI/Post Office allowing me to complete a remortgage away from them a day early and not charging the ERC?

Lastly, if its not an option to go ahead with this now, when can I expect TSB to release new deals on the 10 year fix with draw down dates later than 32/7? Is there a pattern to product releases?

Cheers

Set dates are non negotiable. Be pointless if they were.

1st of August 2015 is a Saturday by the way.

So completion will take place on the 3rd.

Thanks, thought so. But worth asking.

So my only option is to wait until the updated products come along? Anyone have any idea when that might be? And (glass ball time) are they likely to be the same, better or worse?

Tsb are concentrating on mortgages this year, having just gone into the intermediary sector (meaning you can now go through a broker too). I haven't a clue on rates but have a feeling they will bring out more decent deals through the year.
