Hi there im in a mess we are currently on a dmp with stepchange ,and that's fine, we are self employed both 55 our mortgage is with the Woolwich and is paid in approx. 2 years the only problem is we have a reserve mortgage that has a 43,000 reserve and I don't know how we are going to pay it before the mortgage finishes are we going to lose our home

Only advice I can give is don't bury your head in the sand. Make an appointment to see them asap. Explain the situation, get them on board. By speaking to them early they are at least in the picture than if you were to approach them with say 2 months to go saying there's a problem........ You wont be the first case and definately wont be the last. Good luck.0
