Diet Clubs

Afternoon everyone.
Does anyone know of a diet club that does not promote it's own synthetic foods! And that does not advocate the use of low calorie rubbish?
I don't want to go back to WW or SW because I hate the way they push their own products and that they tell you that eating low calorie/low fat foods are good. I prefer to have natural, non processed foods and I generally cook everything from scratch.

I'm going to be starting the harcombe diet soon. (Need to get this week over with). I think they have an online support group but I'm just going to go it alone. They promote eating natural non processed foods which really appeals to me. Good luck.:T Looking forward to the future :T0
