Hi
This is my 1st post so I'm hoping i have not typed in the wrong place.
I have managed to get my bankruptcy annulled (on the grounds that it should never of been made) Can anyone advise how i now get my name off the insolvency register now i have the annulment agreed.
Also one other debtors has managed to get a CCJ against me in 2009. although the account was defaulted in 2007.
As this was over six years ago , how long can they pursue me for this CCJ as i have never accepted or acknowledged any debts or had contact with them in over 7 years now.
Can the creditor still pursue me after six years as they have a CCJ against me if so how long can they do this.
Any advise would be most helpful
thanks

AFAIK notification should go from the court to the Insolvency Service who then update the register. If in doubt, check with them.
CCJ can be chased indefinitely, although in most cases if they do not attempt to enforce it within 6 years of the CCJ then they may have to go back to court to do so, which may be refused by the court if they feel they had no good reason for the delay.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
