Our FTB daughter is asking for advice on getting "the best" mortgage....
Any hints and tips on the best mortgage these days would be appreciated.
She is looking at borrowing around 70% of property value

You can use the comparison sites but they may not include everything. They also do not check criteria.
Why not use a broker? Sounds biased with me being one but if she's asking you and your not sure surely your doing her a disservice?
