hi,
can anyone advice me on the best places to get quotes for a mortgage/loan to buy a property in need of refurbishment. It will not be my main residence, it is going to be a short term project which i will either sell or rent out. Thanks

Does the property need gutting?
Does it have all services already connected i.e. gas, water , electric?

It needs complete redecoration, central heating ,possibly rewiring, plastering etc. so i suppose it needs gutting and starting from scratch internally.
Outside is ok so no re-building work is required.
It does have all services connected.
