Hi - I will be paying off a loan secured against my property and wondered if I needed to instruct a solicitor to remove the second charge.
Does anyone know???
Thanks in advance.

you need to tell your lender to remove the charge once the loan is paid off.0

I would say it depends!
If you want to borrow money from the same lender again, by leaving the charge on, then you could save on future set up fees.0 -
Thank you for the replies guys!
