I am getting towards the end of my mortgage. My mortgage is only £4624 at 2.5%. Should I get a 36 month personal loan (£150 x36) or overpay by the same amount or a little more?

Hi that is a very low rate therefore I suggest overpaying as much as possible as its unlikely you will get a loan for less than that!

some of the best loan rates I have seen are 5-7%, stick with the mortgage and overpay!
or, save extra in a savings account if you can find one with good interest until you have a good lump sum to pay it all off.LIVE SIMPLY * GIVE MORE * EXPECT LESS * BE THANKFUL0
